Today I found this great workout on Fitness Magazine online. This morning I did legs at the gym, and while I have been pushing myself and am fairly certain I’ll be sore tomorrow, I’m gonna try out these moves tonight. I want to add these to my regular legs and booty routine to see what sorts of results I get. I love a good challenge and I think that these moves will help to work some of the muscles I don’t always get to during a workout.
I’ll let you all know what I think! I’m very excited!
