So yesterday I didn’t get to workout because of an extremely busy schedule along with some very strange gym hours. So I didn’t post a workout or get a chance to complete one either. But I have found one for tomorrow that I am excited to try and even more excited to be sore from!
On Women’s Health Magazine online I found a butt workout. My booty is without a doubt my best feature. I have quite a bit of junk in the trunk and while it is truly a curse when it comes to buying pants, I wouldn’t have it any other way!
Tomorrow I will be trying out this butt workout and if all goes well I’ll be telling y’all about my sore but firm booty in no time!
